Chair
Joshua chose Manchester as their home after moving here to attend New Hampshire Institute of Art at the age of 18. They bought their house in 2015 and have called ward 9 home ever since. Joshua was the first Non-Binary person elected in the Country to a state office.
Rep. Patty Cornell
Vice Chair
Patty was born in Manchester, went to Manchester public schools and has lived here her entire life. Patty and her husband bought their home on the West Side when they got married and have lived there for 44 years.
Maxine Mosley
Secretary
Maxine is a retired educator, with over 40 years at Manchester Public Schools. She is a dedicated union organizer and former NEA Leadership. Maxine has called ward 6 her home for the last 30 years
Sen. Donna Soucy
Treasurer
A Manchester native, Donna is a graduate of Trinity High School, earned her Bachelor of Arts from Saint Anselm College and her Juris Doctor from the then-Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, now part of the UNH System.
